All other registrations at full price are due at GWS Region Office by the close of business Friday 22nd May 2015

APPLICATIONS: To apply, all applicants must complete an activity form (E1). One person from each Section/Group/Crew must enter all applicants online into the Region Event Management System (EMS) at www.events.greaterwestscouts.com.au. Each Section/Group/Crew must then send the following items into the Region Office (6 Baden Powell Place, Winston Hills NSW 2153):

   (1) Printed EMS Invoice Cover Page and correct payment

   (2) Copy of completed activity form (E1) for each applicant

ELIGIBILITY: All Scouts must be current registered members of the association to qualify to attend this Region event.

CAMPING/CATERING: All Scouts will be camping on a troop basis and each troop organises their own catering (at extra cost to participants).

ACTIVITIES: Water Activities, Obstacle Course, Abseiling & Rock Wall, Flying Fox, International, Badges Club, Gang Show Base, Theme Bases. A minimum of 18 bases must be completed to gain the Jamboree Award. There will be good camping certificates for those troops who earn them & also a Gateway competition for "Theme" & "Traditional Scout" gateways.  Rock and Flying Fox activities require everyone to wear approved appropriately fitted safety harnesses and helmet.  Water activities require everyone to wear appropriate approved flotation devices and footwear.

CAR PARKING: Bents Basin State Recreation Area requires all vehicles must display a valid pass when parked within the site. Park rangers will book any vehicles without a valid pass displayed on their windscreen. Vehicle passes cost $7.00 and can be purchased from the on-site vending machines or from Jamborette HQ located near the ablution blocks. Leaders camping for the weekend are eligible to receive a free weekend pass from Jamborette HQ on arrival and must park their cars in the designated car parking area (opposite ranger headquarters at entrance to park).

REFUNDS: Refunds will only be given in the event of illness or other similar cause.  Requests for refunds must be made in advance of the event commencing. A $5 administration charge will be applied to all refunds.

CUB DAY @ JAMBORETTE: This year the Cubs are invited to join us on Sunday 7th June.
