Hawkesbury District Beach Camp

This event is for scouts and leaders from Hawkesbury District. It will be held at Umina scout hall which is a fully fenced scout property on the Central Coast. The event is open to scouts and adults from the district. This event is designed to allow scouts across all units to interact and form bonds with others. This will be particularly important leading in to jamboree. Scouts will be camping on the site, and using the hall for meals.

All participants are asked to organise their own dinner on Friday night and bulk catering will commece on Saturday morning. All participants will be expected to help with thepreparation of mealsduring the event. 

Scouts and adults will be doing some activities in the adjacent park area, and walking to the beach, with adult supervision. Appropriate clothing, hats and footwear will be required for this. On the beach area, all participants will follow the directions of the surf life savers, including swimming between the flags. All participants will need to be sunsafe, using sunscreen and wearing a brimmed hat.

$30.00 for adults
