Star Trek Survival (Victoria)

Registrations are open for the Scouts Victoria Star Trek Survival camp.

We will depart from Bundilla early on Friday (26th) morning and travel through the day to Mafeking Rover Park. We will return Sunday afternoon/evening returning to Bundilla at approx 10pm

We will be camping as a unit at Mafeking and during the day you will be split into patrols to participate in the activities. Patrols will be made up based on youth input. It is likely this will be Venturers and Scouts in their own patrols. If you wish to bring your own patrol please create a single registration with all your patrol members and a note to the coordinator expressing your wish to attend as a patrol.

Youth members wanting to attend, do not have to have Leaders or Scouts/Venturers from their home Unit attend. We currently have four experienced leaders from the Region registered to attend.

As we will be representing GWS & Scouts NSW in Victoria you will need your leader and unit council endorsement that you have the maturity to attend this activity.

If you have a genuine interest in participating please create a registration. There is no financial commitment at this stage. Once expressions of interest have closed, we will:

• Confirm the transport 
• Confirm Costs
• Create a new registration for those invited to attend

If you are invited to attend you will receive a scout event registration link to complete your E1 and payment.

The expected Costs (based on hiring a 24 seater bus) is $300 per participant. This is comprised of:

• Event fee $150
• Transport $150
• Food $50
