Youth $50, Leaders/Rovers/Venturers $40 (Food is extra)
REGISTRATION
Registrations will be via the GWS Event Management System (EMS), opening Friday 23rd March. Need to advise leaders of intention to go so they can initially register you. You or your parents will then receive an email link to go on and complete the E-Permission (E1). There is no paper E1.

This form is required to identify the activity (base) that is intended to be run. It must be submitted by the 29th April 2019 to allow review/approval for safety and uniqueness (avoid duplicate activities). Get in early to ensure your activity will be approved. Scoutsafe Risk Assessment form is also required.

Risk assessments are required for all activities and this form is required to be included with the Activity application form. This Risk Assessment would be at least a draft with the final form (2 copies) completed by Saturday morning of the Jamborette.
