A mole has been discovered in the spy agency Secretive Centre Overseeing Undercover Tactics (Secretly) (S.C.O.U.T.S)!

The SC&T Region Rover Council's Weekend Wide Game Committee invites you to participate in WWG North XlX – “S.C.O.U.T.S. - Guidefall!” on the 19th & 20th November 2022, running at Camp Coutts, Waterfall.

Weekend Wide Game is a competitive event involving Scouts, Venturers, Rovers. Leaders & Fellowship Members. While participating in the game, patrols will be awarded points which will be tallied and used to determine the overall scores. Patrols will be handicapped according to their age and experience to ensure the scoring of all patrols is even and fair over the day

Catering will be available to Venturers, Rovers & Leaders from Saturday Lunch through to Sunday Lunch for $35.00. If multiple leaders are attending from a Unit, meals me be split to ensure adequate supervision of units. 

Important Notes:

  • WWG North will be held at Camp Coutts, as opposed to Cataract Scout Park for 2022. 
  • All leaders supervising Youth members will not be able to camp near or on vehicles, including trailers. 
  • Leaders supervising Youth members will need to pack equipment into Jamboree or Hike type bags if they wish to have assistance from Event Staff to transport to campsites - loose items will not be permitted. 
  • Designated cooking areas will be setup - all cooking equipment MUST be used in these areas, including Adults. This will NOT be near any tents. 
  • No vehicles (excluding HQ vehicles) will be permitted into the main campsite at Camp Coutts. 
  • Please ensure that all Youth members know how to prepare and cook under hike conditions, and how to do so SAFELY.
