overnight expedition into kangaroo valley for scout age and up/.

paddling skills required. skills workshop available on 9 July 2022. those who have not previously attended a workshop and have limited to no paddling experience please contact the event co-ordinator if spots not available for skills workshop or date not suitable, to discuss options.

overnight canoe expedition with cold conditions.low water temperature, known wind and potential low to zero overnight. 

please ensure appropriate warm clothing is worn as there is a very real risk of hypothermia.

toilets at campsite available. ensure you bring your own hike equipment, tents, sleeping bag, thermal liners etc.

you must supply own meals, toiletries, water shoes, clothes etc.

Paddles, PFD, canoes supplied as required. 

cancellation triggers include severe weather with flooding, thunderstorms, high winds, heavy rainfall.
